Allergy Information
All the information regarding allergy information and ingredients on this site is provided to Dottie's Gluten Free by the ingredient manufacturers. Dottie's Gluten Free cannot accept responsibility for any errors on the product listings, as manufacturers can change these at any time without warning, Although we check all ingredients on every batch. we therefore strongly advise you check with us, prior to purchasing to clarify safety for consumption if you have any specific allergies/intolerances which could give rise to allergic reactions.

Delivery Information:
Only items on POSTABLE ITEMS page can be shipped directly to customers. Items on order page include time sensitive goods from our other bakeries which may perish in transit to other locations

Delivery Costs (UK & Europe)
Dottie's Gluten Free do not make money on our delivery charges we just cover our Postage costs. Packaging costs are covered by Dottie's Gluten Free.
 
Our standard delivery costs are based on one parcel up to 5kg.
Multiple order requests must be emailed to Dottie's Gluten Free to confirm actual postal
costs due to additional weight. Please email dottiesglutenfree@yahoo.com and we will answer with the correctly calculated price.

How are your goods delivered?
All items will be dispatched by Royal Mail for a 24 hour working day delivery. We do not deliver on Saturdays. All deliveries may be delivered between 9am and 5pm. 
Although all goods are packaged to the courier’s specifications and according to the fragility of the items ordered, we cannot 100% guarantee that they will arrive undamaged in transit.

How long will it take to arrive?
After receiving your order we will email you to advise that your order has been received. All orders placed between Sunday and Wednesday will be dispatched within 48 hours unless we email you to the contrary. If goods are ordered between Thursday and Saturday evening, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). We will then email you once your goods have been dispatched. If you have not received either a call or email from us within 3 working days of placing your order please contact us on 07305 992517. Please also inform us if you have not received your goods after 3
working days of your confirmation of dispatch email.

How do I collect?
If you have requested a collection order we will contact you in advance regarding the time you would like to collect your items from our Kitchen in Nottingham.

Refund / Returns Policy:
We strive to always send your products in perfect condition and according to all instructions given by you at the time your order was taken. However, occasionally, a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in delivery, we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem within three working days of delivery or collection by either: Email:  dottiesglutenfree@yahoo.com

We will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Cakes designed as per quote accepted by the customer are not eligible for refund if the customer is dissatisfied due to any changes in their design/flavour/requirements etc that they did not convey to Dottie's Gluten Free allowing them adequate time to make any required changes prior to collection date.

Damage caused during transportation. 
Dottie's Gluten Free cannot be held responsible for any damage in transit if transportation instructions given are not followed.  

Cancellations and returns:
If you wish to cancel your order please advise us before we dispatch your order. Unless the goods are faulty you will be liable for all postage costs. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy
Dottie's Gluten Free is committed to protecting your privacy, we know that when you shop online, you want to know that your name, address, credit card details and any other information you provide us is kept safe and secure, and we promise to do that. Under the principles of the Data Protection Act we need to inform you that we hold a record of all the details we need for setting you up and servicing you as a customer. This information may also be used as a basis for sending you information we think will interest you. Should you wish not to

We need to keep information on file to service you as a customer. Should any of
your details be incorrect please contact us allowing us to correct these errors.
Dottie's Gluten Free reserve the right to use Cookies in order to collect information
about site visitors, and to verify visitors accessing secure sections of the

computer and then sent to your browser when you access parts of a site. If you
