I would love the cake I had when I went to Bumblebees cafe a few months back.
It was a lactose free white chocolate and raspberry sponge cake.
The cake was just perfect the way you made it 😋
I think the nicest gluten free cake I've ever had as it was moist , tasty and not dry as most gf cakes are.
The only other cakes I have eaten that compare where in Berlin and strictly speaking they weren't cakes so yours is still the best I've eaten , but Gateaux which is much lighter and airier in texture than a cake which I'm sure you know anyway😊"

"The best gluten free cakes I have ever tasted and the postage cost is reasonable.
The waffles are massive and so tasty, the battenberg is one cake I have missed since bringing coeliac. You can buy whole cakes or mixed boxes

"Clare and her Parents so friendly and welcoming the products are excellent but the star is Clare's baking skills. I am not gluten intolerant but her cakes are absolutely delicious.
Cake actually tastes like cake as opposed to cardboard and the bread products again taste like bread and more importantly the same colour as bread/rolls are meant to look.
Cannot recommend enough".

"Having just tried one of your new range of homemade steak pies I feel I need to recommend them to your other customers. The pastry was amazing delicate and melt in the mouth. The pie was filled to bursting with succulent beef with a superb sauce. I can’t praise these pies enough in my mind they are ‘award winning’. Just wanted to say thank you for the absolutely wonderful buffet for my son’s 18th birthday!
It was all delicious and my son could not believe his eyes when I told him it was all gluten free! He particularly loved the sausage rolls stating he had not had pastry that tasted so nice since he was diagnosed coeliac!
