If you know of any small cafes in Nottinghamshire who would like to stock our coeliac friendly gluten/dairy free cakes, I am more than happy to bake them.
I currently supply, The Topiary Tearoom at Hollybeck Nurseries, Southwell, Ravenshead Farm shop- Coffee Shop, Bumblebees Tearoom in Stapleford, Bumbles Tearoom in Epperstone.
Previously for Hartley’s in Nottingham.
Either full cakes, or, so there is no fear of cross contamination, individually sealed.
