Light sponge roulade, filled with buttercream, fresh fruit and/or jam befitting the cake flavour. (Gluten and Dairy free, vegan on request)
 
Ingredients: Free Range EGGS (or Chickpea Flour), Caster Sugar, Rice Flour, Cornflour, Icing Sugar, Fillings Including: Strawberry Jam, Raspberry Jam, Lemon Curd, Elmlea Cream or Elmlea Plant Cream, Moo-Free Chocolate, DF Vitalite, Sugar & Crumbs Flavoured Icing Sugars.
